Step 1: Check Your Username
Your username on your account may not be your email address. Be sure you are trying a username you may have set up previously, as well as your email address.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
To reset your password, go to the upper right-hand corner of your screen and click “sign in” then select the life preserve icon next to the “Sign in” button.
Enter your email to have a password reset link sent to you.
Step 3: Contact Us
If you have tried all possible usernames, have reset your password, and you still cannot get in, contact us and we will take a look at your account.
