Q: I searched for content that I purchased, but it says I have to buy the course.

A: If you search for a specific term using the search option at the top of the site, it searches through all of our curriculums. If you own The Ballen Method Curriculum, you can access a break-down of all courses and lessons by visiting the course in under the “my account” page. 

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

A: If you forgot your password, click on “Sign In” and select the small white circle next to the yellow “sign in” button. This will take you to the password recovery page.

Q: I changed my email. How do I update it on my account?

A: When logged in, click the “My Profile” button to be taken to your profile page. Click the “My Settings” tab on the left. From there, you can change your email and/or password.

Q: Something's not working right on the site. Who do I contact?
