You bring your questions and I answer them directly. Then we go strategy after strategy through the business I am actually running as a full time creator. No course to get through. No modules to finish. Just two hours, and if you cannot make it live the notes and the playback are waiting for you afterward.

I have started over more than once. Motherhood, divorce, loss. I rebuilt from scratch after hard seasons, and I learned how to turn that into something structured that actually pays.
So I did the only thing that has ever worked for me. I put my head down. I picked one platform and I learned it properly, all the way down, until it made money. Then I picked the next one. Not five at once. Not whatever was trending that week. One, learned all the way through, before I moved on to another.
That is still the whole method, and it is the thing I have to talk most of you out of ignoring.
The other piece was a decision. I remember thinking, I have two choices here. I sacrifice the future I want, and hers, or I burn the boats and double down on myself and go all in, because I am not going to have a ceiling on what I can make.
I burned the boats.
That was years ago. Today I am 55, I have no employees, and I run the whole thing on software. But the number is not the part I want you to hear. Here is the part I actually care about: I did not build this by being a guru. I built it by failing with people watching.
I have watched a lot of people quit right before it worked. And when somebody leaves this program without getting anywhere, I can usually tell you exactly why, because it is almost always the same two things. Not enough eyeballs on you, or nothing for anybody to buy.
You cannot see which one it is from the inside. You are too close to it. I can usually see it fast, and not because I am smarter than you. Because I have been doing this for eighteen years and I did all of it in public, where anybody could watch the parts that were not working yet.
That is the whole thing I built. Twice a month you get on a call with me, you ask me what you are stuck on, and I tell you what I would actually do. Then I share my screen and take you through the business I am running right now, strategy after strategy, including the parts that are not working at the moment.
I am not going to tell you this is easy or fast. It is not, and anyone promising you otherwise is selling something. What I will tell you is that there is no version of this where staying confused alone for another two years beats bringing it to a call and getting a straight answer.
Lori
The only reason you are not making any money is either you have not figured out a platform with enough reach, or you are not making the right offer. More eyeballs, more offers. More eyeballs, better offers.
Lori, on a coaching callTwice a month, usually Thursdays, 11:00 to 1:00 Pacific.
Every call runs the same way, and it has never once gone to plan. That is the point. And if you cannot be there live, the notes and the playback are in the Academy afterward.
I start with the same question every time: who wants to jump on and tell me what you have done in the last two weeks that is working. Then the floor is yours. You ask about your niche, your offer, your stuck point, and I give you a straight answer on the spot.
Then I share my screen and take you through what I am actually running. Not a recorded lesson. The real thing, live, where I hit real errors and narrate how I get out of them, which is honestly the part people say helps most.
You can interrupt me as much as you want. You can jump on the microphone, or you can type in the chat. There is no requirement of you of any kind. But the more you interact, the more you get out of it.
How Lori opens every callCannot make it live? Notes and the playback go up in the Academy after every call.
These all happened on calls this year. Names left out on purpose, because what happens in the room stays in the room.
A member in her seventies was spread across YouTube, Pinterest, and a blog, and nothing was moving. She brought it to a call and asked me straight out what to change. I told her: new channel name, three to five words on the thumbnail, kill the infographics, drop the one off-topic video, and stop leading with an age that boxes you in. Six weeks later she had 641 free subscribers in two weeks and 2,700 likes on a single note.
Then the coaching changed from how do I go viral to now we get you paid.
She had been creating content for almost twenty years. Blogs, email lists, a real estate background, all of it. And she said out loud on the call, I feel like I have everything I need, but I have not made any money. Two questions later we had the real block, and it was not strategy. It was that she would not sell a digital product she had already sold before.
She left that call with one platform, one offer ladder, and a number she picked herself.
She joined her first call fresh off a layoff, asking whether Substack could carry a consulting business. I asked her the question I ask everybody. What could you talk about all day, forever, and never get tired of. Long pause. Then: decluttering and organizing. Huge YouTube niche. Easy Substack niche. Affiliate links write themselves.
I got the chills. I know I am onto something when I get the chills.
She had an aged Pinterest account sitting dormant and asked me on a call whether it was worth reviving. It was. Zero to 21,000 monthly impressions and 179 people onto her email list from lead magnets, inside of a month, while she pushed toward 100 paid Substack subscribers. The next thing we coached was deliverability, because that is the problem you only get once something is actually working.
Good problems are still problems. That is what the calls are for.

Twelve things I have said on calls this year. Every one of them landed on somebody.

I am Lori Ballen. I am 55, I work for myself, and I built this from the ground up after starting over. Not from a windfall, not from an investor, and not from a job I could fall back on.
I am a solo creator. No employees, no team, no office. I run the entire business on software, which is the only reason one person can carry this much of it.
The money comes from three buckets: affiliate marketing, digital products and publishing, and coaching. I will tell you which bucket is carrying the others in any given month, and I will tell you the second something stops working, because that happens too.
These are not topics I researched. They are the platforms and systems my own income runs through right now, which is why I can answer a question about any of them without looking it up.
I do share real numbers on the calls, including my profit and loss. No money is ever guaranteed or typical, and I am in the top percentage of creators. I show you the math behind the advice so you can judge the advice, not so you can expect to copy the outcome.

Twice a month, usually on Thursdays, 11:00 to 1:00 Pacific. Two full hours every time. Some months get a third call. Once in a while a date moves for travel or a birthday, and you always get notice in advance.
No. Notes and the full playback go into the Academy after every call, so you can catch up whenever it suits you and nothing is lost. I will be straight with you though: the people who do show up and ask are the ones who move fastest, because I am answering their actual question instead of a general one. Plenty of members watch the playbacks for months before they ever turn a microphone on, and that is completely fine.
No. You can turn your camera off, you can type in the chat, or you can sit there and take notes for six months. There is no requirement of any kind. I will say this though: the more you interact, the more you get.
Beginners do fine here, and they often move fastest because they have nothing to unlearn. We have members who had never made a video before joining. We also have people running six-figure businesses. You take what applies to you and let the rest wash over you.
Most of this group is over 50. Several members told me they had never taken a computer class. That is exactly who I build these calls for, and it is why I share my screen and go slow instead of handing you a list of instructions.
Whatever the room brings, plus a deep dive in the second hour. Recent ones: YouTube titles and thumbnails, Substack niche selection and paywall placement, email lead magnets and nurture sequences, Amazon Creator Connections, Pinterest keyword research, AI systems and connectors, my actual profit and loss statement broken down by income bucket.
No. It is month to month and you cancel anytime, no questions asked and no phone call required.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. No money is ever guaranteed or typical, and I am in the top percentage of creators. What I guarantee is that I show up twice a month, I tell you the truth about what is working in my business right now, and I look at yours with my own eyes.
Live group coaching with me, twice a month, for less than most people spend on tools they never open.
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Earnings are never guaranteed or typical.
You can spend another year figuring it out alone, or you can bring it to a Thursday call and have somebody tell you the truth about it.
